With more than 17 years of experience across renowned kitchens in Malaysia and Singapore, Chef Chong brings deep expertise in the craft of dim sum. Having trained under a Hong Kong master chef, his philosophy balances tradition and innovation—enhancing classic recipes through refined techniques, premium ingredients, and contemporary presentation.

Available daily until 5:00 PM, the menu features over 20 varieties of dim sum—steamed, baked, pan-seared, and delicately crisp-fried.
